Sire Staff is formed by a young dynamic team which characterise the organisational structure. A very high qualified staff, coming from the best Italian hotel-management schools, is in charge of the catering service together with kind and helpful hostesses ready to satisfy our client’s needs. The kitchen staff is formed by talented chefs de cuisine skilled in preparing traditional national and international dishes. Qualified at L’Étoile of Venice, they are able to create classy fruit and vegetable sculptures. This structure is coordinated by Sire’s departements which are divided in: administration, commercial and marketing, management, communication. An integrated action to realise fashionable events with competence and flexibility.
