The scientific communication department of the Group represents the growth and the stabilisation of its business position. A position reached respecting and supporting sustainable development, to improve the quality of life and to preserve an healthy diet.

The department is a permanent observatory on market changes and new food trends, discovering an evolution of the taste and a renewed attention to traditional flavours. The Scientific department publishes articles and researches on Food processing sector in Campania and on the new trends based on the valorisation and rediscovery of our traditional products: the flagship of Sire’s gastronomy.
