Anyone who wants to convey reasonable business information must necessarily be able to provide a credible description of the culture that pervades the information itself.  A necessary trait, without which it is not possible to fully detect the company status, its long-term perspectives, the success achieved.


This will be the objective that we hope to reach through the pages of this notebook – in its second publication edited by the scientific communication division of Sire -, representative of the growth and consolidation of our business position.  A position achieved by respecting and supporting the sustainable development and environmental impact criteria; a position that aims to the safeguarding of proper nutrition and quality of life improvement.


The quality of the products, the efficiency of the services provided, the way we deal with our business, the innovative strength, the flexibility, and the ethics:  these are the elements that are part of the culture through which the Sire company, our company, is to be identified.    This is the prevailing motive that has led us while writing this publication, and which directs our research.

This internal philosophy has resulted in our setting up a permanent observatory on market mutations and new dietary trends that has indicated both an evolution of the taste and a renewed attention to traditional flavors.
And based on these indications came the idea of drawing up a quick document on the reality of the agricultural and food sector in the Campania Region and the recent trends of rediscovery and exploitation of the typical home-grown products, which are the pride of the Sire Group dedication to gastronomy.  A small guide, in summary, apt to let the readers share the commitment and the sensibility of a group that has succeeded in recuperating the dining original flavors and in regaining the most natural food patterns.
