The Sire Group

The Sire Group is active in the fields of catering, banqueting, biological and hotel catering services, with an expansion program that looks well beyond the national borders, and aims to cover, with its three Companies, Sire S.r.l., Sire ricevimenti d'Autore S.r.l. and Sire Produzione S.r.l., all sectors of the highest level haute cuisine catering service for private ceremonies, weddings and social events.

The opening of the gourmet restaurant Donnanna, in the Posillipo area of Naples, has allowed the Sire Group to enter the classical and high quality catering sector, at the cutting edge of the "Food & Beverage" universe.   Major luxury brands of eminent size at national level, spanning from automobile to jewelry areas, have entrusted the Sire Group Events Department with the realization of gala dinners, to be carried out in some of the most important historical-monumental national sites.

The Sire Group is also committed, as it pertains to research and development, in qualified programs of "food safety" and "scientific communication" in order to guarantee for its customers a very high reliability in the area of food technologies.

The Quality Certifications ISO 9001: 2000 Vision and ISO 14001 pertaining to the environmental impact, along with the ICEA certification relating to biological catering,  guarantee the critical stages of all production and service processes, which are carried out paying special attention to the environment, aiming thus to achieve a better quality of life.
