The staff of the Sire Group consists of a dynamic team of young people that typifies the group organizational structure. The dining hall service is managed by a highly qualified staff, trained in the best Hotel Schools in Italy, and it is flanked by a courteous hostess service ready to satisfy the customers’ requirements. The kitchen staff is composed of chefs expert in the preparation of typical national and international dishes, who have been qualified at "The Etoile" of Venice for the construction of refined fruit and vegetables sculptures.
This operating system is supported by an efficient organizational direction, subdivided in commercial, marketing, administrative and management sectors, which are characterized by flexibility and competence aiming at a satisfactory implementation of the events.
