The dining hall, bright and elegant, with an expert and high-profile service, can accommodate up to 300 people. The large panoramic windows, overlooking the surrounding woods, the refined tables covered by precious fabric tablecloths, sumptuously laid with precious silverware, precious crystals and fine chinaware, make the Relais the ideal location, preciously outfitted with splendid swimming pool, for all those ceremonies where the pleasure of the eyes is perfectly combined with that of the palate.

In the restaurant numerous local specialties can be savored.
The restaurant of the Country Relais Valle dell’Aquila is a comfortable structure organized for healthy eating, for the typical local and Mediterranean, but also dietetic, vegetarian and organic, cuisine.
Heated by a large fireplace during winter, and cool in summer, the restaurant proposes therefore the excellent local cuisine with seasonal vegetables, cultivated directly in the vegetable garden of the Relais, but accompanied by the wines from all regions that fill up its very rich cellar.

The rooms as well, furnished with a high comfort and an adequate service at the highest hospitality standards , meet the requirements of those guests who wish to regain the rustic flavor of a vacation amid the nature, and the relax of a natural and genuine environment.
The comfortable and cosy rooms are entirely realized using bio-compatible and natural materials: the walls, in stone and brick, are colored with natural land limewash; the floors, in terracotta, are treated with bee’s wax; the furniture, in solid natural wood, have been fed with essential oils; the anallergic mattresses, or natural latex futons, are covered with natural cotton sheets, washed with ecological detergents and scented with essential oils.
